Notes
Woods grew up at Rose Glen, a property at the rear of HMAS Harman. He went to school at Queanbeyan and Canberra High School and then joined the RAAF in April 1943. He graduated as a dentist from Sydney University in 1950 and then served with the RAAF until 1977. After retiring from the air force, Woods became a grazier near Braidwood and Bungendore.
