Notes
Bazley was the son of Arthur Bazley, assistant to war historian Charles Bean and Acting Director of the Australian War Memorial during World War 2. Amongst his postings was as a coder at HMAS Basilisk in Port Moresby during 1943. He died on 21 November 2017.
Description - height 5 feet 9 inches, fair hair, brown eyes, fair complexion, scars on his left knee and the bridge of his nose, Church of England.
